PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile-phone capable of concurrently viewing mail associated with an intended party when speech begins with the mobile-phone. SOLUTION: The mobile-phone stores a phone number and a mail address in an address book so that the phone number of the intended party can be obtained to retrieve the mail address corresponding to the phone number. Then, the mobile-phone searches an inbox or outbox having the previous mail for mail with the retrieved mail address set in either To: indicating a mail destination address or From: indicating a transmitter mail address.
