PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of obtaining the same effect as signature transmission with a user's signature without the use of a certificate and a private key of a user. SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus embeds information identifiable of a person obtained by log-in attended with user authentication in an electronic document and thereafter uses a certificate and a private key unique to the apparatus to execute the signature transmission.
