PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabrication process to the production of a passive matrix organic ferroelectric memory array or other cross-point device using inkjet printing to deposit metal or metal-like materials, as well as ferroelectric and insulating material as required; and to provide a crosspoint element. SOLUTION: The crossing type elements comprises: a plurality of bottom electrodes 100; a plurality of top electrodes 200 crossing the bottom electrodes 100; and a plurality of regions of the ferroelectric layer 150 arranged between the bottom electrode 100 and the top electrode 200.
