PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating optical isomers, capable of separating the optical isomers having high optical purity with high productivity efficiency, using liquid chromatography which uses packing for the stationary phase and a solvent for the mobile phase. SOLUTION: In the method for separating the optical isomers, at least one optical isomer is separated from a mixture of optical isomers by liquid chromatography, using packing agent as the stationary phase.
