PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent continuous indication of an indicated temperature of a temperature indicator at a high value for a certain time, even when an actual internal temperature has been sufficiently lowered after it has been temporarily raised due to door opening or the like, in a commercial refrigerator indicating an average value of temperatures detected by a temperature sensor as the internal temperature. SOLUTION: In a controller 20, a cooling apparatus is controlled on the basis of the detected temperatures of the temperature sensor 10 detecting the internal temperatures. In its temperature indication processing part 21, the detected temperatures of the temperature sensor 10 are processed, and outputted to the temperature indicator 11. In normal times, the temperature indication processing part 21 calculates and outputs an average value of the detected temperatures for a certain period of the temperature sensor 10, but when the detected temperatures of the temperature sensor 10 exceed a predetermined temperature, and then turns to dropping and becomes lower than the average value, a detected temperature of the temperature sensor is outputted as is.
