PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler head which can prevent a freeze accident and be safely used in sprinkling in cold areas. SOLUTION: This sprinkler head can sprinkle the water supplied through a water supply pipe. When the temperature of the water detected by a water temperature sensor 13 installed for the prevention of freezing of water for a period when the water supplied is sprinkled is not higher than the freeze temperature, a control means 11 controls an operation of stopping the supply of water from a drain plug 25 to the downstream side, an operation of drain for discharging the residual water on the downstream side to outside, and, at the same time, an operation of opening a solenoid valve 21.
