PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for a movable body, which can increase the intensity of an energizing force, and can largely ensures an energizing force after inversion when a coil spring is employed. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device is formed of: the movable body 2 which is rotatably pivoted on a main body 1 and switched to a closing position and an opening position; and an energizing member 3 for reversibly energizing the movable body 2 in a closing direction and an opening direction with a pivotal corner between the closing position and the opening position as a boundary. Herein the opening/closing device has a rotor 4 which is swingably pivoted on the main body 1 and operably connected to the movable body 2.
