PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite segment which is small in steel usage, low in cost, and achieves positive unitary formation between a steel shell and concrete, to thereby exert the high strength of the composite segment. SOLUTION: The steel shell 2 of the composite segment is formed of a pair of first steel members 11, 11 which are almost arcuately curved and arranged along mutually opposed two edges of an external peripheral surface, extending along main girder surfaces 6, respectively; a pair of second steel members 12, 12 which are almost arcuately curved and arranged along mutually opposed two edges of an internal peripheral surface, extending along the main girder surfaces 6, respectively; and end plates 13, 13 which connect edges of the first steel member 11 and the second steel member 12 along a joint surface 4.
