PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial woven fabric scarcely causing dropping of oil solution attached to the surface, having excellent performances such as strong cutting resistance and capable of readily carrying out warping and weaving and excellent in weaving surface quality when weaving the industrial woven fabric. SOLUTION: A monofilament is applied with 0.001-0.15 wt.% oil solution composed of a water-soluble polyether-modified silicone having a molecular weight of 400-4,000 and surfactant other than the water-soluble polyether-modified silicone to the surface of monofilament made of a synthetic resin, and the surfactant other than the water-soluble polyether-modified silicone is preferably at least one selected from an aliphatic sulfonate, a higher alcohol sulfate, a higher alcohol EO adduct sulfate, a higher alcohol phosphate, a higher alcohol EO phosphate and betaine type amphoteric surfactant.
