PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering a bulk-like body and a powder body such as minerals and coke dropped off from a belt conveyor. SOLUTION: A groove-like member 2 having an upper side made to an opening is arranged just below the belt conveyor such that height difference is generated at both ends. A shishi-odoshi type washing water feeding device 1 is arranged at one end side becoming an upper side and a water-collection trough 3 is arranged at the other end side becoming a lower side in the groove-like member 2.
