PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide head-rest structure capable of filling a clearance between the head of an occupant and a head-rest part without deforming a support part of a head-rest stay in a rear collision. SOLUTION: A fitting part 42 of a joint member 40 is fitted to an upper pipe 20A of a seat back frame 18 freely to rotate in the circumferential direction. Since the joint member 40 supports the head-rest stay 30 freely to swing around a shaft of the upper pipe 20A, when a pressure receiver member 34 receives a load from the chest of the occupant in a rear collision, this load makes the head-rest stay 30 swing around the shaft of the upper pipe 20A to move the head-rest part 16 toward the head of the occupant. Since a reinforcing fitting reinforces the joint member 40, deformation of the joint member 40 by a load from the head-rest stay 18 is restricted by the reinforcing fitting.
