Self contained landing system for boat using floating dock moved by on board winches and mooring posts

A self contained system for transferring a boat between land base rails and the water has a floating dock (1) maneuvered by on board winches and fixed mooring posts. The dock is aligned with land based rails by lateral and longditudinal movement using the winches and the boat is transferred from the dock to the rails also by on board winches.
