摘要 A method for lifting a structure by using a pile capable of adjusting depth is provided to pull the subsiding structure efficiently by forming a bulb in the lower part of the steel pipe pile, and to construct the steel pipe pile easily by adjusting the depth of the pile with a connecting pipe. A pile(400) is driven into the ground by connecting plural press pipes, and a connecting pipe(410) is installed between the press pipes. The connecting pipe comprises a socket connecting unit(411) fitted to the press pipe, and a body(412) formed as large as the diameter of the press pipe. The depth of the press pipe is adjusted by regulating the length of the body, and a second fixing unit hole is formed around a first guide pipe hole to space the press pipe inserted to a guide pipe from a fixing unit. A horizontal fixing unit is formed in the lower end of a vertical reinforcing bar(221), inserted to the first and second holes and formed integrally with a structure by injecting grouting material(130) including non-shrinkage mortar into the second hole.
