A power amplifying circuit is provided with a positive side output resistor and a negative side output resistor which are connected in series for outputting a voltage at a connecting point as an output voltage; a positive side transistor for permitting a current to flow to the positive side output resistor corresponding to a gate voltage; a negative side transistor for permitting a current to flow to the negative side output resistor corresponding to the gate voltage; a bias generating section for generating a positive side bias voltage and a negative side bias voltage corresponding to an input voltage; a positive side control section for controlling a voltage to be applied to a positive side transistor gate terminal so that the positive side bias voltage and a positive side transistor source voltage are substantially the same; and a negative side control section for controlling a voltage to be applied to a negative side transistor gate terminal so that the negative side bias voltage and a negative side transistor source voltage are substantially the same. |
