The invention refers to a telecommunication device, which is capable of forwarding one or more stored speech elements as a voice message, and which has data entry tool(s) capable of issuing commands for forwarding these voice messages. Moreover, the invention refers also to such a telecommunication procedure between two or more telecommunication devices, in the course of which the stored speech elements are forwarded to one or more other telecommunication devices, in certain cases with the aid of a telecommunication centre, as voice messages through the telecommunication device that is capable of forwarding one or more stored speech elements as a voice message with the aid of its data entry tool(s) that are capable of issuing commands for forwarding the voice messages.
