<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caring lifter improving the safety when being used by the physically disabled. <P>SOLUTION: This caring lifter has a suspension belt, a motor winding up or unwindingly lowering the suspension belt, and a control part driving the motor based on an input from an operation means and lifts a person to be suspended by winding up the suspension belt. This caring lifter is further provided with a belt suspension device incorporating the motor and suspending the suspension belt, a suspension failure detecting means detecting that the suspension belt is obliquely inclined from a vertically suspended state by the belt suspension device, and a suspension failure determination means determining it abnormal when the suspension failure detecting part detects the inclination of the suspension belt during lifting the person to be suspended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
