<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide financial institution channel link system for flexibly and efficiently processing link between channels required in provision of new financial products or services while utilizing existing resource. <P>SOLUTION: The system connects multiple channels among delivery channels or supply channels of financial institution. It is equipped with a gateway unit for connecting the delivery channels and supply channels, a channel control unit mounted on delivery channel control device, and a channel link unit which contains the channel control unit and also can be connected with the gateway unit, a host unit and an external device. The channel link unit comprises a part for absorbing difference in communication protocol of each channel, a part storing definitions of workflow linked with multiple channels, a part for storing a work program as a processing unit of the workflow and processing instructed processing, and a part for executing the defined workflow requested. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
