<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable management of a sent article received by a person receiving the sent article for a user and transferring it to an actual address of the user. <P>SOLUTION: In the receiving service management server 1, the actual address and a virtual address are registered regarding the respective users while making them relevant to individual discrimination information. When the virtual address and sender's name or name are inputted to an input device, information regarding the sent article is registered in a sent article list table. The user performs access to the receiving service management server 1 from an own user terminal 2 to set a transfer flag for designating transferring to himself or a cancellation flag for designating cancellation. Thereafter, the receiving service management server 1 investigates information of the sent article registered in the sent article list table, instructs transferring of the sent article corresponding to the information to a person in charge regarding the information of the sent article set with the transfer flag, and instructs mind of the sent article corresponding to the information to a person in charge regarding the information of the sent article set with the cancellation flag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
