<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball and a golf ball mold which can distinguish the position and direction of the seam line of a ball surface easily and can work smoothly and dominantly in a visual examination process and a marking process as a post-process. <P>SOLUTION: This golf ball is created by a mold with an upper mold 10 and a lower mold 20, and is formed of a concave and/or convex imprint 5 near a seam line 4 which is commensurate with the dividing plane of the upper mold and the lower mold as an indicator for detecting the direction or position of this seam line. Additionally, it is a golf ball mold which has the upper mold 10 and the lower mold 20, forms a spherical cavity 30 internally by joining these separably, and forms concave or convex concave-convex parts for forming an imprint 50a, 50b near the parting line PL of the upper mold and the lower mold in a wall part 31 of the cavity as an indicator for detecting direction or position of this parting line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
