PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure fluid bearing device satisfying demands for miniaturization and impact resistance. SOLUTION: A fluid bearing device 40 is provided with a sleeve 1, a shaft 2, a thrust plate 4, a radial bearing part 21 and a thrust bearing part 22. A bearing bore 1a is formed on the sleeve 1. The shaft 2 includes a shaft main body part 5 inserted in the shaft bearing hole 1a and a flange 3 provided in an axial direction lower side of the shaft main body part 5. The thrust plate 4 is fixed on the sleeve 1 and covers the shaft 2 from an axial direction lower side. A screw hole 5a concentric with the shaft main body part 5 is formed on the shaft main body part 5 from an end surface of the axial direction upper side toward the axial direction lower side.
