PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a foamed roller capable of stably manufacturing the foamed roller uniform in hardness. SOLUTION: A conductive shaft 2 is mounted on a mold 20 having a mold main body 21 and core body holding members 22 and 23. The core body holding member 22 has a resin injection port 45 and the runner part 46 and gates 47 continued thereto. A plurality of the gates 47 are annularly provided to the positions corresponding to the end surface of the foamed roll. The shortest distance between the gates 47 is 3 mm. The liquid foamable resin raw material injected from a resin injection port 45 flows through the runner part 46 to be injected in a molding cavity from a plurality of the gates 47 but, since the interval between the respective gates 47 is short, the head parts of the liquid foamable resin raw material issued from the respective gates 47 immediately come into contact with the head part of the resin injected from the adjacent gates 47. The gates 47 are provided in an annular state and the head parts of the liquid foamable resin raw material issued from the gates 47 are annularly connected to be integrated.
