SOLUTION CONCENTRATION DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dope from mixing in a condensed and separated solvent in a flash concentration method. SOLUTION: A flash portion 54 is provided on a lower part of a container 50, and a condenser 55 on the upper part. A flash nozzle 45 is provided on the flash portion 54, and a nozzle body 45b is positioned inside a concentration dope 56. The flash nozzle 45 divides into eight nozzle bodies 45b by a branching section 45a. By the eight nozzle bodies 45b, a flow rate of the solution per nozzle body 45b is to be 2,000 mol/(m2×s) or less. The control of the flash evaporation volume from the nozzle body 45b suppresses droplets in flash evaporation, and suppresses the dope mixing in the condenser 55. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
