PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe capable of preventing generation of bubble in a liquid as an ultrasonic medium to improve the ultrasonic characteristics. SOLUTION: Piezoelectric elements are housed inside a sealed container 3, and are rotated/oscillated in the left/right directions around the center line which bisects the plate face of the piezoelectric elements. The sealed container 3 is filled with the liquid 9 as the acoustic medium in the ultrasonic probe. An exhaust hole 13 is formed in the sealed container 3 as well as an injection hole of the liquid 9, and a flexible tube 15 to function as a diaphragm is connected to the injection hole.
