METHOD AND KIT FOR MANAGEMENT OF NUTRITIONAL STATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick and simple method and kit for management of the nutritional state having high specificity for treating diseases. SOLUTION: The method and kit for management of the nutritional state are characterized as follows. The total branched chain amino acid or tyrosine or the molar ratio of the total branched chain amino acid/tyrosine in blood serum or plasma is measured. In the process, the total branched chain amino acid is measured with leucine dehydrogenase and diaphorase and the tyrosine is measured with tyrosine dehydrogenase orβ-tyrosinase.
