PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an external facing member for an external wall, which makes a fixing bolt detachably fastened while passing through a waterproof layer, so as to mount the external facing member, without deteriorating the cut-off function of a waterproof layer provided on the external wall. SOLUTION: This mounting structure is used for mounting the external facing member 13 on the external wall 11 by means of a mounting fitting 20 which comprises a pointing bolt 19, a pinching nut 21, and the fixing bolt 15. The pointing bolt 19 comprises a female screw hole 22 which is opened on one end surface 19a, an annular flange piece 23, and a male screw part 24 which is formed on an outer peripheral surface on the side of the end surface 19a, sandwiching the flange piece 23 in between. The pointing bolt 19 is embedded in the skeleton member 12 of the external wall 11 until the flange piece 23 adheres closely to the waterproof layer 18, and the pinching nut 21 is fastened and fixed to the screw part 24 of the pointing bolt 19 while a waterproof mat 25 is sandwiched between the flange piece 23 and the pinching nut 21. In the mounting of the external facing member 13, the fixing bolt 15 is fastened into the screw hole 22 of the pointing bolt 19, so that the external facing member 13 can be fixed to the external wall 11.
