PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform effective cooling of a capacitor with inexpensive and simple structure, as well as suppressing the temperature rise inside a device even in the case of a usage for a power converter of airtight structure, by granting high flexibility of a capacitor shape and fitting structure in the capacitor cooling structure. SOLUTION: The heat generated in a capacitor 5 is cooled by the transfer to a liquid cooling fin 2 through a heat pipe 4. For this reason, an exterior case of the capacitor 5 and the liquid cooling fin 2 are thermally connected by the heat pipe 4, and the liquid cooling fin 2 is cooled by making cooling fluid flow through a piping 3.
