PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device for allowing easy assembling work while preventing the occurrence of an assembling error during assembling work for the transmission device. SOLUTION: The transmission device 1 comprises a control shaft 26 supported on a transmission case 2 so as to be turnable around an axial center 22, a structural component 35 fitted into the transmission case 2 so that an axially midway portion of the control shaft 26 passes therethrough, and a connection pin 42 fitted into connection holes 40, 41 of the control shaft 26 and the structural component 35. It has an arm 50 protruded on the control shaft 26, a first restrictor 52 for restricting the movement of the arm 50 abutting thereon when moving an assembly 51 of the control shaft 26, the structural component 35 and the arm 50 to the axial direction of the control shaft 26, and a second restrictor 53 for restricting the turning of the arm 50 abutting thereon when turning the assembly 51 around the axial center 22.
