The anchor has a flange (3) mounted to a tube (2) with a distance to an upper end of the tube, where the tube is provided in a counter bearing. An anchor rod is horizontal and vertical directionally mounted to the flange, where the tube, the flange and the anchor rod are shed with a concrete. The flange is supported loosely and rotatably between upper and lower thrust pieces, where the thrust pieces are welded on an inner side of the tube.
