A method for mutually linking contents according to content property in a home network is provided to move easily the content related to the present content without searching or browsing by connecting the contents related to each property in an up/down/left/right structure on the basis of a predetermined property. A mutual linking method according to a content property for a home network comprises the steps of: a first step for obtaining a property applied to a specific object from a media server(10); and a second step for setting a related structure applied to the other object at the specific object on the basis of the property selected among the object properties.
