A strong elastic resin plate having a long degradation lifetime which enables to form an alignment film of uniform thickness not only in the central part but also in the peripheral part without causing marginal phenomenon. More specifically, an elastic resin plate for flexographic printing employed for transferring a coating liquid provided in a printing part (1a) in a predetermined print pattern to a rigid planar printing body wherein many recesses (2) for containing the coating liquid are formed discontinuously in the printing part (1a) corresponding to the print pattern.
