A purchase-transaction-settled online consumer referral and reward system and method using real-time specific merchant sales information is provided. The system offers merchants a one-stop place for freely publishing of their real-time and specific sales offers and offers a risk-free service to merch ants to use, who will be charged only after a referred purchase occurs and a revenue income is made.
