<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting system, or the like capable of generating reserved information for reserving the recording of a program to be noticed by a program notice without depending on the broadcast frame (broadcast date/time) of the program notice. <P>SOLUTION: The broadcasting system 1 has a broadcasting apparatus 150 and a data recording device 10. The broadcasting apparatus 150 adds program notice information including at least the broadcast date/time of the program to be noticed by the program notice to broadcast data including the program notice for broadcasting.
