<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily issue a plurality of mouse commands in accordance with the rotating direction and the rotating angle of a screen image when a presenter rotates a pointing device. <P>SOLUTION: The optical part 11 of the pointing device 2 photographs a screen S to acquire a photographed image. An operation part 15 acquires the coordinates of four vertexes of a screen image and acquires an angle formed by the reference line of the photographed image and the median line of the screen image. When the presenter rotates the pointing device 2, the operation part 15 similarly acquires an angle formed by the reference line of a photographed image and the median line of the screen image and acquires the rotation angle of the pointing device 2. When the rotating angle of the pointing device 2 exceeds a preset threshold, the operation part 15 issues a command to an information processor 3.
