<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely analyze communication, and its style from questionnaires regardless of circumstances of an organization. <P>SOLUTION: A questionnaire result storage part 50 digitizes and stores questionnaire results. A network diagram information calculation part 60 extracts relation between members from questionnaires, and calculates network information with members as nodes and relations as sides for direct dialog, electronic mail, speech and each communication channel sharing documents. An inter-group relevancy calculation part 910 of an index analyzing part 905 generates the information of the adjacent matrixes of a group network with groups as elements. An isolation index calculation part 920 of the index analyzing part 905 calculates the isolation index of each communication channel from the adjacent matrixes of the group network. An isolation index display part 930 sets the isolation index unique to direct dialog, electronic mail, telephone, and electronic file in each coordinate axis of a coordinate space, and displays the set of the isolation indexes of an object organization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
