PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation air conditioning unit and a dew condensation preventing method capable of preventing dew condensation by forming a film of conditioned air on an indoor-side surface of a radiation panel while controlling a discharge amount of the conditioned air from a supply opening. SOLUTION: A honeycomb-shaped straightened-flow forming mechanism is disposed on the supply opening, and the film of conditioned air is formed on the radiation panel by the bundle of straightened flows of conditioned air discharged along an indoor-side surface of the radiation panel from a number of thin and straight straightened flow forming passages.
