PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable brush apparatus for cleaning, whose lithium secondary battery can be easily and quickly charged by placing the brush on a brush placing base with a built-in charging member, wherein the lithium secondary battery mounted on the brush can charge 80% of the capacity of the battery for 3 minutes. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes the rechargeable brush including a head member with a built-in motor having a driving shaft, a holder member attached to this head member, a brush member attached to the driving shaft of the head member rotatably and also attachably/detachably, and the lithium secondary battery which is loaded in the holder member so as to be connected to the motor and which charges 80% of the battery capacity within 3 minutes. The apparatus further includes a brush placing base having a housing in which the rechargeable brush is placed when the lithium secondary battery needs to be charged and having the charging member which is incorporated in this housing to charge the lithium secondary battery.
