PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit breaker monitoring device with a wiring work of signal wires simplified, and capable of calculating operation time by being installed on an existing circuit breaker, in a portable one monitoring the operation time of the circuit breaker. SOLUTION: An operation time of the circuit breaker 2 is calculated on the basis of an operation signal b calculated from detection results of a non-contact acoustic sensor 11 detecting operational sound of the circuit breaker 2 in operation and a shutdown command signal 'a' of the circuit breaker 2 received by a shutdown command signal receiver 14, and existence of abnormalities at a breaking part 21 is judged in a simple device configuration.
