PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ethylene oxide/propylene oxide/unsaturated epoxide terpolymer which is useful as a raw material for a rubber composition with the excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: The ethylene oxide/propylene oxide/unsaturated epoxide terpolymer comprises 50-98.9% by weight of ethylene oxide, 1-35% by weight of propylene oxide and 0.1-15% by weight of an unsaturated epoxide, and has Mooney viscosity (ML<SB>1+4</SB>, 100°C) of 70-150.
