PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tosufloxacin tosylate-containing granular solid preparation presenting good suspension tendency, mitigated in unpleasant tastes such as astringency, excellent in the medicament's elution tendency and absorbability in the digestive tracts, good in the uniformity of content by granular sizes, excellent in handleability and productivity and having sharp granular distribution. SOLUTION: The tosufloxacin tosylate-containing granular solid preparation presents good suspension tendency into water, syrup or the like, is mitigated in unpleasant tastes such as astringency, is mitigated in foamability when made into an aqueous form, can be takable in its prescribed amount accurately, thus is useful for infants and eldery people. Furthermore, this preparation is also useful as a preparation excellent in terms of administration management with slight content variation and in handleability regarding weighing and aliquot packaging operations and the like and productivity, because of being excellent in the medicament's elution tendency and absorbability in the digestive tracts and in the uniformity of content by granular sizes and having sharp granular distribution.
