PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for evaluating the high-frequency signal transmission characteristics of a conductor. SOLUTION: A cylindrical cavity resonator for measuring the high-frequency signal transmission characteristics of the conductor includes a pipe part, two lid parts positioned at both ends of the pipe part and at least one loop coil, and a cylindrical closed space is formed in the cavity resonator by the pipe part and the lid parts, while the pipe part, the lid parts and the loop coil are formed by using the conductor as a material.
