PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation apparatus for deformation behavior of a rubber material, capable of precisely analyzing the deformation behavior of the rubber material and capable of shortening the analysis time, and to provide an estimation method of the deformation behavior of the rubber material. SOLUTION: A plurality of slice images are acquired by slicing the rubber material at a predetermined interval and laminated to form a three-dimensional image. The rubber region of the three-dimensional image is divided into a mesh of a predetermined size smaller than the size, corresponding to a filler, and a filler region is divided into a size larger than the predetermined size and a three-dimensional model is generated.
