PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding frame capable of easily mounting a cap to a core and preventing the cap from coming off the core during usage. SOLUTION: The winding frame 10 is provided with the cylindrical core 11; and the caps 12, 13 provided on both ends of the cylindrical core 11 and having flanges 12a, 13a respectively. For example, the cap 13 has a cylindrical fitting part 15 extending from the flange 13a to the core 11 side; and a claw part 15b extending in parallel to the fitting part 15. A pair of slits 15 is formed on the fitting part 15 and the claw part 15b extends between the pair of slits 15d. A projection 15c is provided on a distal end of the claw part 15b.
