PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-treatment device capable of smoothly performing dropping/feeding of paper from a stand-by tray to a treatment tray. SOLUTION: When the paper is dropped/fed from the stand-by tray to the treatment tray, an arm member for hitting/dropping of it toward the treatment tray is arranged. When the arm member hits/drops off the paper and aligns the paper in a conveying direction so as to draw the paper near a rear end of the treatment tray, it is pivoted toward an alignment direction. The arm member forma an approximately T shape in which a horizontal portion is slightly long and a vertical portion is slightly short and is arranged such that the horizontal portion is directed to a paper width conveying direction and the vertical portion is directed to a paper conveying direction.
