PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured string fastening structure for fastening firmly. SOLUTION: This fastening structure for fastening an object 12 to be fastened is provided with a string fastening tool 2 where at least two sets of through holes 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b, 6 for fixing both ends of a string 1 are provided in triangular forms relative to a base material 3. Both ends of the string 1 are pulled out of one side face of front/back side faces of the base material 3 to the other side face through the first through holes 4a, 4b, ends of the string 1 coming out from the holes 4a, 4b are pulled out to one side face of the tool 2 through the second through holes 5a, 5b, ends of the string 1 coming out from the holes 5a, 5b are again pulled out of the other side face of the tool 2 through the third through hole 6, and the end of the string 1 coming out from the hole 6 is sent through the material 3 and a string 1c sent between the holes 4a, 4b and the holes 5a, 5b on the other side face of the tool 2 and the fixing part 1d of both ends of the string is held and constrained between the base material 3 and the string 1c between the first and the second holes.
