PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible receptacle capable of effectively preventing contents from curing, degrading or transforming, etc., by the presence of moisture in atmospheric air by reducing residual air or a moisture content in the receptacle as much as possible, its manufacturing method and a content-filled flexible receptacle. SOLUTION: The flexible receptacle comprises: a receptacle body 2 having a cylindrical body 10, a ring member 11 around the outer periphery at the top end of the body 10, sealed sections 12 at lower ends of the body 10 wherein the lower ends are flatly overlapped to be air-tightly fusion-bonded, and guide sections 12a that tilt or curve upward at both the top end edges of the sealed section 12 in a direction to the side of the body 10; and a closure member 3 which encloses the top edge opening 13 of the receptacle body 2. The engaging cylindrical section of the closure member 3 is engaged, from the inside, with the ring member 11 as the receptacle body 2 is filled with contents, while the top edge of the body 10 which is arranged at the engagement portion between the closure member 3 and the ring member 11 is heated by high-frequency induction, and thus the closure member 3 is air-tightly fusion bonded to the ring member 11 through the medium of the body 10.
