PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount bracket mounting structure of a transmission case capable of obtaining the sufficient strength for fixing a mount bracket when fixing the mount bracket to a vicinity of a mating face of a case for forming the transmission case. SOLUTION: The mount bracket mounting structure has a flange part 111 to be mated to a flange part of a case 120. The flange parts 111, 121 are fixed to each other by bolts B2. A plurality of boss seat parts 1a, 1b having a seat face 2 with a bracket 20 abutted thereon and having screw holes 3 of the bolts B2 and and a wall part 4 having a pedestal part 41 between the boss seat parts 1a, 1b.
