PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner control device which improves convenience according to an operation pattern of an electric automobile. SOLUTION: A new frequency function is made by adding an integral value of slippage with average time (m) to a frequency function (f) when starting time of the electric automobile is slipped from the average time (m) of a specified value in decision of vehicle driving starting frequency (SC1). The air conditioner control device works in advance only when the electric automobile is connected to a charger and when sufficient electric capacity is secured in a battery although the electric automobile is not connected to the charger, and it is judged that there is no harm in travelling even if electric power is supplied to an air conditioner in a working condition of the air conditioner (SC2). The air conditioner is actuated before a driver starts driving in working time of the air conditioner (SC3), and indoor temperature is set at a proper temperature in driving starting time. The air conditioner is actuated as it is when the automobile is started within specified time after the estimated starting time, while an air conditioner system is stopped when the electric automobile is not started, in a stopping condition of the air conditioner (SC4).
