PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active noise controller capable of surely reducing noise very near to an occupant's ears in a cabin within a short time and an active vibration control device capable of certainly reducing vibration of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this active noise control device 10, an imaginary number term estimating section 34 estimates an imaginary number term Ie based on the real number term Re of an error signal e from a microphone 24 and a filter coefficient renewing unit 32 computes so as to renew a filter coefficient W based on the imaginary number term Ie , the real number term Re, a correction signal from a reference signal correction unit 18, thereby sequentially renewing the filter coefficient W of an adaptive filter 16.
