An axial fluid device includes plural cascades of blades in the axial direction. In each of the cascades, plural blades are arranged around the axis. In at least one of the blades (31) constituting the cascade installed on the upstream side among the plurality of cascades, a fluid flow passage (10) for jetting a fluid (Y) into a velocity defect area (X) on the downstream side resulting from the blade (31) is so formed as to be conducted from the positive pressure surface (35) to the negative pressure surface (34).
