A plate for observing the moon is provided to help a learner to learn science by allowing the learner to easily know the principle and idea about the astronomical phenomenon of the moon. A plate for observing the moon includes a time indicating plate(110), a sunrise time selecting member(120), a sunset time selecting member(130), a moon shape plate(140), and a moon selecting plate(150). The time indicating plate(110) indicates time on the top surface thereof. The sunrise time selecting member(120) is coaxial with the center of the time indicating plate(110), is rotatably installed on the time indicating plate(110), and selects sunrise time from the time indicated on the time indicating plate(110). The sunset time selecting member(130) is coaxial with the center of the time indicating plate(110), is rotatably installed on the time indicating plate(110), and selects sunset time from the time indicated on the time indicating plate(110). The moon shape plate(140) is coaxial with the center of the time indicating plate(110), is rotatably installed on the time indicating plate(110), and has moon shapes(141) along the circumference thereof, wherein the moon shapes(141) are changed during the revolution of the moon. The moon selecting plate(150) rotatably installed on the moon shape plate(140) has a moon selecting window(151) for selecting at least any one moon shape(141) among the moon shapes(141) illustrated on the moon shape plate(140). |
